Kindly note that the teachers will be conducting classes through online/ zoom/ WhatsApp from 19th of October onwards. Study packs will be uploaded from the same day onwards for week. Let’s move forward. I will be arranging a zoom meeting with Mr. Dileepa for the student leaders of the A9 workshop. There after a zoom workshop with all the students, if possible. Therefore; @ all the student leaders of each group should send me their WhatsApp number and the Name (Fr. Daya 0777962542). @ All the student leaders somehow get the WhatsApp number of the group members before next 14 th Wednesday PLEASE MAKE IT A POINT THAT NONE OF THE STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE UNNECESSARY SHARING OR TEXTING IN THE GROUPS. IT WILL CAUSE DEFINITE DISCIPLINE ACTION. GROUP LEADERS CAN BLOCK OR REMOVE THEM IMMEDIATELY AND INFORM ME TOO. PARENTS ARE ADVISED TO SUPERVISE AND CHECK THE PHONE. Please cooperate with the teachers, make yourself available, inform the parents about online time tables. Teachers will segregate you into three classes according to your academic performance. The students who need extra assistance will be attended separately. The special holiday seminars will be attended later. Start working on the mind maps.
